Lotte Wennink
Lotte began her real estate journey over two decades ago, buying, renovating and successfully selling her own properties long before it became her profession.
A background in project management, event management and consulting for the financial sector taught her to operate calmly among demanding people in high-stakes environments, precisely the skills a luxury acquisition demands.
When she moved to Spain and experienced the buyer's side first-hand, she found a market where almost no one represented the buyer, and where service fell far short of what international clients expect. The Pearl Compass was built to change that.
